All funds deposited into your PHCash24 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. PHCash24 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests on PHCash24 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. PHCash24 aims to process e-wallet withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are typically processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours and your bank's processing times.
PHCash24 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting updated KYC documentation, source of funds declarations, or confirmation of payment method ownership. Withdrawal processing may be delayed or suspended where PHCash24 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

PHCash24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if PHCash24 reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination of your account for cause, PHCash24 may forfeit any remaining balance, pending withdrawals, or bonus funds in your account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, PHCash24 will process any verified remaining balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your PHCash24 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
